I'm very excited to be facilitating a workshop on grief, along with my fellow mindfulness, wellness and somatic coach, Gretchen Larsen. She has created a wonderful 2-part series of workshops, designed to offer us some respite, community, and practical wellness tools to carry forward into the challenging home stretch of pandemic life.


As Gretchen says, these workshops offer "bite size nuggets of key wellness practices that are simple and easy to practice. They will help you right now and support your wellbeing into the future." Each workshop takes place on a Saturday afternoon, and you are welcome to register for them a la carte or as a full series. Here are the topics you can explore:
